These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration, participation, access to, and attendance at the AI Future Bootcamp (“Program”) organized by Jagran New Media, the digital arm of Jagran Prakashan Limited, having its registered office at 2, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur – 208005, Uttar Pradesh, India, also corporate office at 20th floor, World Trade Tower, Sector -16, Noida -201301 and/or its educational initiative known as “Jagran NEXT” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizer”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By registering for the Program, making payment, accessing Program-related materials, attending the sessions, or otherwise participating in the Program, the participant (“Participant”, “you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
The Program titled “AI Future Bootcamp” is an offline instructor-led workshop scheduled to be conducted on 20 July 2026 and 21 July 2026 in Delhi/NCR. The exact venue and session details shall be communicated separately to registered participants. The batch size shall remain limited and admission shall be subject to seat availability. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the venue, schedule, trainers, session timings, agenda, curriculum, or mode of delivery owing to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
The Program is intended for students, fresh graduates, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and emerging technologies. Participants below the age of eighteen years must register through their parent or lawful guardian and provide such parental or guardian consent as may be required by the Organizer.
Registration shall be deemed complete only upon submission of accurate and complete information, acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and successful payment of the applicable Program fees. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any registration in the event of inaccurate information, duplicate registrations, fraudulent transactions, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or any activity which, in the opinion of the Organizer, may adversely affect the Program or its participants.
The applicable participation fee shall be displayed on the official registration platform. Payments may be made through approved payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking or any other payment modes made available by the Organizer or its payment service providers. The Participant agrees to pay all applicable taxes, levies, duties, or statutory charges associated with the registration. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any payment failure, delay, banking error, technical issue, or interruption caused by banks, payment gateways, internet service providers, or third party payment processors.
Seats for the Program are limited and shall be allocated strictly on a first paid and first confirmed basis. Submission of a registration form without successful payment shall not guarantee admission. The Organizer may maintain a waiting list in the event that available seats are exhausted.
All registration fees paid for the Program shall be non refundable and non transferable unless otherwise expressly communicated in writing by the Organizer. Cancellation by the Participant after successful payment shall not entitle the Participant to any refund, adjustment, credit, or compensation. Failure to attend the Program, whether in whole or in part, shall not result in any refund.
The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, permit transfer of registration to another individual subject to prior written approval and fulfillment of applicable conditions.
In the event the Program is cancelled by the Organizer for reasons solely attributable to the Organizer, the registration fees actually received by the Organizer may be refunded. The Organizer shall not be liable for failed, declined, reversed, or bounced payment transactions. Refunds relating to unsuccessful or failed payment transactions shall be governed by the terms and timelines prescribed by the relevant payment gateway, bank, or financial institution, and participants are advised to review the applicable terms of such service providers.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, or disruption arising due to force majeure events.
The Organizer reserves the right to change trainers, speakers, faculty members, session topics, schedules, venues within the Delhi/NCR region, or any other aspect of the Program owing to operational requirements, health and safety considerations, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund, compensation, or damages.
Participants who successfully complete the Program requirements and comply with attendance and participation requirements may be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Such certificate shall only acknowledge participation and completion of the Program and shall not constitute a professional qualification, academic degree, government recognized certification, employment guarantee, admission guarantee, or accreditation by any statutory authority.
All Program content, including training materials, presentations, videos, documents, exercises, worksheets, logos, trademarks, branding elements, educational resources, and other materials made available during the Program shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Organizer or their respective owners.
Participants shall not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, license, modify, or commercially exploit any Program material without prior written permission from the Organizer. Unauthorized use, copying, or dissemination of Program materials may result in legal action under applicable laws.
The Program may include demonstrations, discussions, or use of third party artificial intelligence tools, software, applications, websites, or services. The Organizer does not own or control such third party platforms unless expressly stated and does not guarantee their continued availability, accessibility, performance, pricing, accuracy, or suitability.
Participants are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms of use, privacy policies, and data practices of such third party services. The Organizer shall not be liable for interruptions, account suspensions, service failures, data loss, pricing changes, inaccuracies, or decisions made by external service providers.
Participants agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the Program and to comply with all venue rules, safety protocols, and instructions issued by the Organizer. Any act of harassment, discrimination, disruption, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, misuse of technology, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund or compensation.
The Participant acknowledges that photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, testimonials, interviews, and event coverage may be captured during the Program. By attending the Program, the Participant grants the Organizer a non exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and communicate such content for promotional, educational, marketing, publicity, social media, and internal purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify the Organizer in writing prior to commencement of the Program. The Organizer shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
The Program is intended solely for educational and informational purposes. The Organizer does not guarantee employment opportunities, internships, salary increases, business success, career advancement, admissions, placements, or any specific outcomes arising from participation in the Program. Individual results may vary depending upon the Participant’s efforts, abilities, experience, market conditions, and other external factors.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, trainers, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, data loss, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other consequential losses arising out of participation in the Program.
In any event, the aggregate liability of the Organizer shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by the Participant for the Program.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, postponement, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, acts of God, technical failures, power outages, transportation disruptions, or similar events.
The Organizer shall collect, process, store, and use personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable data protection and information technology laws.
The personal information collected may include the Participant’s name, age, contact details, educational information, organizational details, city, and payment-related information for purposes including registration management, communication, certification, customer support, compliance requirements, and Program administration.
By registering for the Program, the Participant expressly consents to such processing of personal data. Participants may exercise their rights available under applicable law by contacting the Organizer in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Participant consents to receive communications through email, SMS, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other electronic means in connection with registration, payment confirmations, event updates, reminders, certification, and Program related communications. Marketing communications may be withdrawn by the Participant at any time, provided that operational and service related communications may continue where necessary.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
