REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
AI FUTURE BOOTCAMP
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to the AI Future Bootcamp (“Program”) organized by Jagran New Media, the digital arm of Jagran Prakashan Limited, having its registered office at 2, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur - 208005, Uttar Pradesh, India, and its corporate office at 20th Floor, World Trade Tower, Sector 16, Noida - 201301.
By registering for the Program and making payment of the applicable registration fees, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this Policy.
1. Registration Fees
The registration fee paid for the Program secures a limited seat in the batch and enables the Organizer to make arrangements relating to venue, logistics, faculty engagement, training resources, and Program administration. Accordingly, all registration fees paid for the Program shall be treated as final and non refundable except as specifically provided under this Policy.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Once the registration fee has been successfully paid, the Participant shall not be entitled to cancel the registration or seek any refund, whether in full or in part. Failure to attend the Program, inability to participate, late arrival, early departure, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, medical reasons, personal reasons, or any other circumstances attributable to the Participant shall not entitle the Participant to any refund, adjustment, credit, or compensation.
3. Transfer of Registration
The Organizer may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability and operational feasibility, permit the transfer of a registration to another participant. Any such request must be submitted in writing to the Organizer sufficiently in advance of the Program commencement date. The Organizer reserves the right to approve or reject such requests without assigning any reason.
4. Program Cancellation by Organizer
In the event the Program is cancelled by the Organizer for reasons solely attributable to the Organizer and no alternative dates or equivalent arrangements are offered, the registration fee actually received by the Organizer may be refunded to the Participant.
The Organizer reserves the right to determine the mode, timeline, and process for such refunds. Refunds, where applicable, shall ordinarily be processed to the original payment method used during registration.
5. Program Rescheduling or Modification
The Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Program, change the venue within Delhi/NCR, modify the schedule, replace trainers or speakers, or make reasonable changes to the Program structure due to operational, logistical, health, safety, regulatory, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation, or damages.
6. Payment Failure and Transaction Issues
The Organizer shall not be responsible for failed transactions, declined payments, duplicate debits, payment reversals, banking errors, payment gateway failures, technical issues, or delays caused by banks, financial institutions, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI service providers, or other third-party payment service providers.
Any refund arising from unsuccessful or failed payment transactions shall be governed by the applicable policies and timelines of the relevant payment gateway, bank, or financial institution. Participants are advised to review the terms and conditions of such service providers before making payment.
7. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, delay, interruption, or non-performance of the Program due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbances, strikes, acts of God, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, the Organizer may reschedule the Program or provide an alternative arrangement at its sole discretion, and no refund shall be payable unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is expressly approved by the Organizer under this Policy, the refund may be processed within a reasonable period subject to banking and payment gateway timelines. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays attributable to banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.
Any transaction charges, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, or third party charges already deducted may be excluded from the refundable amount where permitted under applicable law.
