MUTUAL FUND MASTERY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Mutual Fund Mastery Workshop is an online educational programme scheduled for 10 October 2026.
2. Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment and completion of the registration process.
3. The Workshop is open to participants aged 18 years and above.
4. The Workshop is intended solely for general educational and informational purposes.
5. The Workshop does not constitute investment advice, personalised financial planning, portfolio management, research analysis or any recommendation to buy, sell or hold any mutual fund, security or other investment product.
6. Any examples, calculations, case studies, market references or portfolio illustrations shared during the Workshop are for educational purposes only.
7. Participants are responsible for their own investment decisions. Participants may consult a SEBI registered Investment Adviser before making any investment decision, where appropriate.
8. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
9. The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the speakers, curriculum, timings or session structure, if required.
10. The Workshop and related sessions may be recorded for quality, compliance, archival and participant access purposes.
11. All Workshop content, including presentations, recordings, worksheets, videos, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Organiser. Such content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, shared or commercially distributed without prior permission.
12. Participants are responsible for their own device, internet connection and access to any third party platform required to attend the Workshop.
13. Registration fees are non-refundable, except where the Workshop is withdrawn or cancelled by Jagran. In case of duplicate or double payment for the same registration the payment gateway may process a refund of the duplicate payment. Jagran does not directly control or operate the payment gateway and will not be responsible for the payment gateway's processing timelines or procedures.
14. Personal data collected during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
15. Promotional communications will be sent only where the participant has provided the required consent.
16. Jagran may reschedule or postpone the Workshop due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
17. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the Workshop.

I consent to Jagran and its affiliates collecting, using and sharing my personal data as necessary for processing my registration, managing my participation in the Workshop, providing Workshop related services and communicating with me regarding the Workshop.

I agree to receive such promotional communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp or other electronic communication channels. I understand that this consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
